78,000 sf. Mixed-use condo/ hotel project with retail and restaurants

North Cache reimagines Western design by preserving the warmth and materiality of Jackson Hole’s traditional architecture while embracing a refined, modern aesthetic. Designed for contemporary living, the project integrates advanced building technologies and a simplified form that aligns with today’s lifestyle. It also introduces several design firsts to the region, including using flat and green roofs on both the building and the elevated courtyard above underground parking.

Inspired by the walkable neighborhoods of the world’s most dynamic cities, North Cache adopts a walk-up concept reminiscent of townhomes and urban flats. Raising the residential living spaces above street level creates a natural separation between private and public areas while maintaining an active connection to the surrounding environment. Two ground-floor commercial spaces anchor the building’s corners, reinforcing its engagement with the public realm.

Rooted in place, North Cache utilizes locally sourced materials such as wood and stone to craft a composition that is both timeless and contextual. The juxtaposition of raw and refined elements—concrete, glass, stone, and wood—expresses the integrity of structure and materiality, creating a harmonious architectural statement.
