BAY RESIDENCE

The Bay Residence explored sculptural forms and expressed the materiality of board-formed concrete and the use of wood in details to create contrasting warmth. A fragmented volume is oriented diagonally to the existing Jerry Lomax-designed house, creating a dramatic dialogue between deconstructivism and midcentury geometries.
