Boone

Originally a dated pale-yellow beach duplex, Boone was completely re-envisioned through an extensive renovation. The existing structure was stripped to its core, with the roof entirely rebuilt and all exterior siding, windows, railings, and trim replaced.

Inside, the residence was taken back to the studs and reconstructed with new drywall, custom plaster showers, Syndecrete countertops and sinks, bamboo kitchen cabinetry, and contemporary lighting. The result is a refined modern beach home that bears little resemblance to the original structure while maintaining its connection to the coastal context.
