The SEA team, family, and friends gathered this past Saturday at Skysource Ranch for a coffee planting ceremony. The site is a new testing ground for sustainable coffee designed for local cultivation and consumption in Southern California (and in partnership with Frinj Coffee). It’s just one of many experiments in resilience happening at the property. Pictured above, Ed, Chris, and Laura plant the young coffee sprouts in the ground—not pictured, the awesome taco bar lunch for this community of newly minted farmers!
