Urbanize LA and Yo!Venice features Venice Place Project

Recently, Yo!Venice, The Real Deal and Urbanized LA featured the Venice Place Project on their websites. David Hertz and the Studio of Environmental Architecture is designing the project. The mixed-used development features 78-room boutique hotel, four apartments, 2,000 square foot office space, 8,500 square feet of ground-floor retail, and a 184-car basement garage. The development will include multiple buildings ranging from one to three stories in height. Pedestrian bridges are proposed to connect the buildings to wrap three separately owned parcels between the two sites along Abbot Kinney.

The work is expected to be completed in 2026.
