One step closer for the Venice Place Hotel

The hearing on August 1st surrounding the Venice Place Hotel on Abbot Kinney was covered by local newspaper, The Argonaut. The arduous journey for our largest commercial project to date has, at long last entered the sphere of public opinion. A decision in the fall will be made by the WestLA Zoning Administrator determining whether or not the hotel will be joining the urban interface along Venice’s most eclectic boulevard.
