Willem Swart to discuss innovations in resilience

Willem Swart, SEA’s designer and director of Resilience Lab, is a featured panelist of the Orange County Water District’s annual summit. As part of the “Innovate to Satiate” session, he will present design’s ability to create stronger, independent communities in the wake of anthropogenic climate change.
