In Progress: Marco Place: Phase II

Located on a quiet residential street in Venice Beach, California, this project (at center) is an addition to a pre-existing building (at right).  The two-story addition features sliding doors that open out to a pool and fire pit, and the lot will be flanked with a living wall, offering a gorgeous palette of colorful drought-resistant succulents to the community.
