OC Water Summit: Willem to discuss innovations in resilience

Willem, an SEA designer and director of Resilience Lab, is a featured panelist of the Orange County Water District’s annual summit. As part of the “Innovate to Satiate” session, he will present on design’s ability to create stronger, independent communities in the wake of anthropogenic climate change.
